What To Wear | To Flywheel (+ everywhere else)

The warm, sunny weather motivates me to stay active. It’s just wayyyyy easier to get myself moving. Pretty athleisure helps too!

Because I need cardio in my life, the next boutique fitness studio I’m going to try is Flywheel (I hate running and I’m anti-gym. I’ve tried a million times).

As a newbie, I had SO many questions about what to wear to class, so I met with Emma. She’s the Boutique Coordinator at the Center City location.

Flywheel + FLYGear

You can basically wear athleisure. No need to worry about what type of shoe to wear. Flywheel has complimentary shoe rentals. I recommend checking out their in-store boutique (they call their clothing FLYGear) — it’s athleisure heaven.

{ Style Tip } Higher temps call for shorter leggings. I’m not into cropped leggings. They make my legs look kinda stumpy. Cropped FLYGear leggings aren’t really the normal cropped pant leg length. They’re longer — a super flattering 7/8 length. I think the longer length gives the illusion of lengthier legs.

Flywheel updates their boutique often and a ton of their clothing can be worn not only at the studio. Wear FLYGear to barre, coffee, yoga, hiking, walk the dog, run errands, Pilates, shopping…my list goes on.

P.S. Have you ever tried Flywheel? If you haven’t…your first class is free. Soooo why not?
