{ Virgin Mimosa Recipe }

Sometimes I crave a mimosa…without the alcohol. I mean, I do love champs, but I don’t want to drink alcohol at every freaken brunch. Just…no.

This virgin mimosa recipe is a special take on the classic mimosa. Instead of just adding orange juice, it uses another core ingredient. Sweet tea! Sweet Leaf Tea, to be exact.

This recipe uses Pellegrino. I think one of the most refreshing drinks is just a cup of super cold sparkling water. When I’m super thirsty, I seriously chug chilled Pellegrino and feel totally refreshed and rejuvenated.

  • Splash of Sweet Leaf Raspberry Tea (c/o)
  • 2 parts San Pellegrino Sparkling Water
  • Raspberries
  • Fresh squeezed OJ (because reg grocery store OJ is not healthy)

Pour tea and Pellegrino into a glass over raspberries. Top off with fresh squeezed OJ. Drink up!

And obvioiusly, if you don’t want a virgin mimosa…just replace Pellegrino with your favorite champagne or prosecco.

Many of my readers are located throughout the state of California and in the city of Philadelphia. Californians, you’ll probably find Sweet Leaf Tea at Safeway. For my Philly friends…many Super Fresh stores sell them.
