{Pin Now, Eat & Drink Later} Five Green Recipes

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I’m all for breaking out a little green this holiday (and just about every day in general). I was browsing Pinterest and found five healthy green recipes to pin now, then eat and drink later.

P.S. All recipes below are super easy and take 10 minutes or less to prep and cook.

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5

1. 5-Minute Homemade Pesto

This pesto recipe by Fit Foodie Finds takes calls for just five minutes and five ingredients (lemon, EVOO, fresh basil, garlic and pine nuts). SO easy peasey lemon squeezy.

2. Green Smoothie (Pear, Mango, Spinach)

Here’s a green juice recipe by Katie Cucina. It’s on the sweeter side, so if you have a sweet tooth this juice will totally satisfy your cravings.

3. Matcha Shake

Remember how much I L O V E  matcha? Matcha has about 10x the amount of antioxidants than green tea. Want an easy way to devour some matcha? Try The Kitchnn’s Matcha Shake.

4. Kale Hummus Cucumber Bites

Over the weekend I ate an amazing hummus plate and now I can’t get enough hummus. Craving green hummus? Try Apron String’s Kale Hummus Cucumber Bites.  These make great appetizers and mid-day snacks.

5. Skinny St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail – The Lucky One

Don’t get in a pinch. Enjoy  this Skinny St. Patrick’s Day cocktail – The Lucky One by Colleen Mullaney.
