I used to never wear jewelry. I also used to never eat sashimi and avocado used to make me gag. You’d also never find any crop tops or flats in my closet. I never thought I’d wear pink on pink because too much of it made me think of babies. Now, I have this thing with pink. Whether it’s style, taste, or any opinion, change is pretty much inevitable. Now I eat tons of sashimi, indulge in avocado toast, and have a closet full of crop tops and flats.
I’ve decided I could wear as much of a color as I wanted to free from judgement/without feeling a certain way and jewelry can be pretty fun. I love how this Capulet pink dress and pink statements earrings look together. The two are different shades and have some sort of contrast. I got both the dress and earrings at a local boutique in Old City called The Geisha House.
To add more texture in this outfit, I paired it with my current favorite eBay find — this little rattan bag (similar here). I wanted to keep this outfit simple, so I slid on my espadrille slides that I found at Marshalls. I wear these slides almost every day because they’re super comfy to walk in — perfect for city life.
What are some things you used to never like and now love?
