Chocolate — a total given in a roundup for Valentine’s Day ideas for self-care. In moderation, dark chocolate has heart, skin and mood benefits.  I’m loving Dessert Medicine’s Tantric Tea Jasmine Green Tea Chocolate, which has super pretty packaging and high quality ingredients. It contains a blend of pure + unroasted cacao, a blend of Jasmine Green Tea + Mucuna, sun-dried cane crystals, cardamom, vanilla and sea salt. Yum!!!

3. Rosehip Oil

Because this is a VDay post, I feel like I have to include something with roses. I’m not a huge fan of actual roses, but Rosehip Oil is MAGICAL. Last week I told you guys about my Whole Foods beauty aisle obsession — Trilogy Rosehip Oil is another product from that aisle.

This stuff makes my face feel soooo good and it even protects your skin against environmental free radical damage. Independent clinical studies show Rosehip Oil Antioxidant+ improves brightening, skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, elasticity and firmness. I use Trilogy Rosehip Oil on my face every morning and most nights (when I’m not using Weleda Skin Food).

4. Calm Meditation App

My cousin Vanessa showed me the Calm meditation app — I totallyyyy trust her with all things wellness. We always have the best conversations about wellness, fashion and our dogs.

Calm is a simple, mindfulness meditation app that brings clarity and peach of mind into your life. Your first week is free and after that, you can pick a subscription type (yearly, monthly or lifetime).

Moon Juice has six moon dusts — beauty, brain, sex, power, spirit and dream (my fav is beauty dust). The moon dusts are formulated with potent organic and wild-crafted herbs, adaptogenic plants and bioactive minerals. Adding these botanical blends to your routine may help your body adapt to physical, mental and environmental stress.
